ARQETO / SCULPTURAL FURNITURE

Objects shaped by nature and engineering.

Sculptural furniture in solid wood.

MATERIAL / FORM / STRUCTURE

Nature shapes the material.
Engineering shapes the object.

ARQETO approaches solid wood as both a natural material and a structural system. Grain, proportion, machining and strength are not hidden behind the form. They participate in it. Our visual studies explore how stabilized wood may combine natural variation with a deeper, resin-saturated surface and how digitally developed geometry can become an object for everyday use.

Modern Wood Dining Chairs

Designer dining chairs shaped around proportion, comfort and a continuous structural language. Solid wood grain follows the object rather than becoming decoration applied after it.

Designer Outdoor Dining Chairs

Outdoor seating requires its own geometry. Water, ventilation, exposed surfaces and robust load paths become part of the design from the first line.

Solid Wood, Reconsidered

Stabilization can change how wood looks, feels and behaves, but design claims must follow testing. ARQETO studies resin penetration, grain direction, machining, joining and surface finishing as one connected system.
